Terms
What the account is, how greens and tickets work, what a subscription does and does not buy, and what booking a capsule commits you to. Written from what the product actually does.
What these terms cover
They govern your use of iClutch — the site, the account, the play side, and the booking of a capsule. Using any of it means accepting them.
iClutch is published by iClutch FZC; the Legal notice says who that is and, more importantly, who sells what. A stay is sold by the venue that operates the capsule, not by us. Everything else on this list is ours.
In force since 11 September 2026.
Your account
There is no password. You give an address, you receive a six-digit code, you type it. Signing in and creating an account are the same gesture, and a code expires ten minutes after it is sent.
One account per person. The address on it must be one you actually read: it is how a confirmation, an invoice and a sign-in code reach you.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. If you lose access to the address, write to us — we cannot hand an account to somebody who cannot receive its code.
You can delete your account from your settings at any time. What deletion does, and what it cannot undo, is set out in the Privacy policy.
Greens, projects and tickets
The chain is the product, and it does not change with who you are. 20 counted kills make one green. 100 greens fund one project. One project funded gives one ticket in the monthly draw, and 5 tickets a month is the ceiling for everybody.
Greens are earned on the server, never declared. They are computed from matches reported by FACEIT, after the fact. No number sent by a browser is ever counted, and a match that cannot be verified pays nothing. Up to 20 greens a day, whatever you play.
No action for the planet, no ticket. A ticket is not sold, not given, and not won by spending money. It exists because a project was funded, and that is the only way one comes into being.
Greens have no monetary value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and do not expire while your account lives.
We may correct a balance that is wrong — a counting error, a match reversed by FACEIT, an attempt to game the count. Every correction is written in your history with its reason; nothing is removed silently.
What a subscription buys, and what it cannot
The shot doubles the rate, never the ceiling. While one runs, the greens you earn count double. It never earns an extra ticket, it has no effect on xp, and it changes nothing about your chances in the draw. Faster, never further.
A shot subscription is monthly, renews by itself, and you can stop it whenever you like from your account. Stopping it ends the following renewals; it does not refund the month under way, and the codes already handed to you stay yours.
Your activation codes are yours the moment the payment goes through, and they are kept in your account. The box follows by post.
Nothing on sale here improves a chance in the draw. If it did, this would be a different product with a different law behind it.
Booking a capsule
The venue is the seller. You book through us, you pay through us, and the invoice is issued in the venue's own name. The venue answers for the room, the equipment and the stay itself.
An hour of play asks nothing of you. A night asks who you are. A night means sleeping in a building, and the law that governs accommodation requires an identity to be recorded. The check is run by a third party and the details are in the Privacy policy.
You must be of legal age in your country to book a night. We ask for a date of birth for that reason.
Prices are shown before you pay, tourist tax and VAT included where they apply. The venue's own house rules — quiet hours, what may be brought in, what damage costs — are shown at booking and apply on top of these terms.
Cancellation and no-show follow the conditions shown at the moment of booking. They are the venue's, not ours, and they are displayed before payment rather than buried here.
The monthly draw
It has its own rules, and they are a separate document — the Draw rules — because a prize draw binds more than a service does. They say how a ticket is obtained, how the draw is run, how it can be checked afterwards, and how a prize is claimed.
Nothing in these terms overrides them.
What you must not do
Falsify, automate or inflate what you play in order to earn greens — including sharing a FACEIT account, playing against an accomplice, or using a client that reports what did not happen.
Hold more than one account, or open a new one to get around a suspension.
Attack the service, read what is not yours, or try to reach another person's data.
Resell, rent or transfer an account, a green, a ticket or a prize.
What happens then. We may suspend an account, cancel greens or tickets obtained this way, and refuse a prize won with them. When we do, we say which rule was broken. A suspension can be contested at the contact address, and we answer.
Availability, and what we do not promise
We do not promise the service is available without interruption. Maintenance happens, and so do failures at the companies the product depends on — the host, the database, the payment provider, FACEIT.
What a failure never does is erase what you earned. Greens, tickets and funded projects are written in ledgers; an outage delays them, it does not spend them.
We are answerable for what we do. We are not answerable for what a venue does inside its own walls, nor for a third-party service's own failure — that does not limit any right your national consumer law gives you.
Changes, and ending
These terms can change. When a change matters to you, we say so by mail to the address on your account before it takes effect. A text that changes quietly is not a contract.
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We can end an account that broke the rules above, and we say why.
Applicable law
iClutch FZC is established in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and these terms are governed by the law applicable there.
Two things this clause does not do. It does not remove the mandatory protections your national consumer law gives you, nor your right to bring a case before the courts where you live. And it does not reach the monthly draw, which submits to its own law in its own document.
A dispute starts with a message to contact@iclutch.today. Most of them end there.
