Who you are dealing with
iClutch is a platform, and it is not always the seller. The distinction matters, so it is stated before anything else.
A stay is sold by the venue that operates the capsule. The invoice you receive is issued in that venue's own name, with its own company and VAT numbers — it is the venue that hosts you, that answers for the room, and that the accommodation law binds. iClutch runs the booking, takes the payment on the venue's behalf, and issues the invoice for it.
Everything else is ours. The account, the greens, the projects funded, the tickets and the monthly draw are operated by iClutch FZC, on every venue and independently of any of them.
Hosting
The site is served by Vercel Inc. (vercel.com).
The database, the accounts and the files are held by Supabase, Inc. (supabase.com), on infrastructure located in the European Union — Ireland (eu-west-1).
Postal addresses are not reproduced here: they belong to those companies and are published on their own legal pages. We would rather send you to the source than copy an address we have not verified.
Intellectual property
The iClutch name, its logo, the site's texts, its renders and its interface are protected. Reusing them requires our agreement in writing.
The plant renders, the capsule images and the project illustrations are works in their own right, and are not free to reuse.
The trademarks, names and logos of third parties quoted on this site — FACEIT, Stripe, and the others — belong to their owners and are used to name them, nothing more.
The other texts
Three documents complete this page, and each says what it binds: the Terms, which govern the account and the bookings; the Privacy policy, which says what we hold and for how long; the Cookie policy; and the Draw rules, which govern the monthly prize draw.
