Draw rules

How a ticket is earned — by funding a project, and by nothing else — how the draw is run, and how anyone can replay it afterwards and find the same winners.

Article 1 — The organiser

The draw is organised by iClutch FZC, a société de zone franche de droit émirati, registered office Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, Émirats arabes unis, commercial licence no. 300641 issued by the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority ("the Organiser").

It is run inside iClutch, at iclutch.today.

These rules are in force since 11 September 2026 and apply to every draw held from that date.

Article 2 — Who can take part

Any natural person of legal age in their country of residence, holding an iClutch account, may take part.

Members of the Organiser's staff, and anyone who took part in organising the draw, are excluded.

One account per person. Several accounts held by the same person are excluded together, and the tickets they hold are cancelled.

Article 3 — How a ticket is obtained, and how it is not

A ticket is earned by funding a project, and by nothing else. 100 greens fund one project; one project funded gives one ticket. There is no other way for a ticket to come into being.

Nothing is sold that gives a ticket. No subscription, no purchase, no payment of any kind creates a ticket or improves a chance of winning. A shot doubles the rate at which greens are earned; it never earns an extra ticket. This is a rule of the product, enforced where the ticket is created.

5 tickets per person per month is the ceiling, the same for everybody, whatever they have paid or not paid.

Greens are earned by playing: 20 counted kills make one green, up to 20 greens a day. They are computed on the server from matches reported by FACEIT, and no figure sent by a browser is ever counted.

A ticket carries a code, is attached to the month in which it was earned, and takes part in that month's draw only.

Article 4 — The prizes

A month's prizes are fixed when the month opens, and do not change afterwards. Changing the value of a prize once the month is running would rewrite what somebody is playing for.

The list in force for the current month is published on this page, below these rules. It states each prize, its value and how many copies of it are offered.

Prizes are drawn from the most valuable to the least. That order is decided, not random: it is what makes a rare prize rare.

If there are fewer tickets than copies of a prize, the remaining copies are not awarded. They are not carried over, and they are not replaced by anything.

A prize cannot be exchanged for money, for another prize, or transferred to somebody else.

Article 5 — When the draw is held

One draw per calendar month, held after the month has ended — in the first days of the following month.

A month still running cannot be drawn. The rule is enforced where the draw happens, not by whoever presses the button: funding a project on the last day of the month must give a ticket that still has a chance, and a draw held early would have handed out the prizes before it.

A month already drawn cannot be drawn again. Replaying it would redistribute prizes that have already been won.

The following month opens automatically, so that a project funded on the first day of it already has its ticket.

Article 6 — How the draw is run

All the tickets of the month are put in a random order. Each prize copy takes one place in the order, most valuable first, and the ticket holding that place wins it.

A ticket can win at most one prize. It occupies one place and one only.

Holding several tickets in a month means several places in the order, and therefore several chances — never a better one.

Article 7 — The draw can be checked

The random seed of every draw is recorded and kept with it.

From that seed and the list of the month's tickets, anyone can replay the draw and find the same winners. This is what turns *we drew lots* from a claim into something verifiable.

The Organiser undertakes to communicate the seed of a past draw to anyone who asks for it at contact@iclutch.today.

Article 8 — Claiming a prize

Winners are notified by email at the address on their account, and the win is shown on their tickets screen.

The prize is sent within thirty days of the draw, electronically, to the address on the account. It is the winner's responsibility to keep that address reachable.

A prize that cannot be delivered because the address is wrong, full or abandoned, and which is still unclaimed sixty days after the draw, is lost. It is not redrawn.

Any tax or declaration a prize may create in the winner's country is the winner's own.

Article 9 — Fraud

Any attempt to obtain greens or tickets by falsifying, automating or inflating what is played — including sharing a FACEIT account or playing against an accomplice — cancels the tickets obtained that way and may close the account.

The Organiser may cancel a prize won with such a ticket, before or after it is sent.

A decision under this article is explained to the person it concerns, and can be contested at the contact address.

Article 10 — Personal data

Taking part uses the account data already held: the address, the tickets, and the projects funded. Nothing extra is collected to run the draw.

A winner's name may be shown to other members alongside the result, unless they object at the contact address.

What is held, why, and for how long is set out in the Privacy policy, which also lists the rights that go with it.

Article 11 — Changes and cancellation

These rules may be amended. An amendment is published on this page and announced by mail before it takes effect, and it never applies to a month already under way.

If circumstances beyond the Organiser's control make a draw impossible, it may be postponed or cancelled without compensation — but tickets already earned are not lost: they carry over to the next draw held.

Article 12 — Applicable law

The Organiser voluntarily submits this draw to French law, and to the jurisdiction of the French courts for anything concerning it. Its registered office is outside France; this is a choice made for this operation, stated plainly rather than left to be argued.

It does not remove the mandatory protections of a participant's own national law, nor their right to bring a case where they live.

Before any of that: a message to contact@iclutch.today. The Organiser answers within thirty days.

Consumers may also turn to the European Consumer Centre of their country of residence, or to their national consumer protection authority.

Article 13 — Accepting these rules

Funding a project, and therefore earning a ticket, means accepting these rules in full.

They can be obtained free of charge at contact@iclutch.today.
