iClutch

Cookies

Everything this site puts in your browser, named one by one — so you can open the developer tools and check.

The short version

iClutch sets what it needs to work, and nothing else. There is no advertising cookie and no audience-measurement tool on this site — no analytics script, no ad network, no pixel.

That is why you are not asked to accept anything to read these pages: there is nothing here to accept or refuse.

In force since 11 September 2026.

What the public site sets

Your language. A cookie named lang, holding en or fr. It remembers which version of the site you were reading, so a sign-in page reached from the French site is not shown in English. It carries nothing else.

That is the whole list, for anyone who is only reading the site.

What signing in sets

Your session. A cookie set by Supabase, our authentication provider, whose name starts with sb- and ends with auth-token. It is what keeps you signed in from one page to the next. Without it there is no account, so it cannot be refused and still have the product work.

Where you are in a booking. The flow keeps the state of the reservation you are in the middle of, so a refresh does not lose it.

These disappear when you sign out, or expire on their own.

The support bubble

Behind the sign-in, and only there, we load Crisp — the chat bubble in the corner of the dashboard. It is a third-party script, and it sets its own cookies and browser storage so a conversation survives a page change.

It is not on the public site. You will never meet it before having an account.

What we hand it is what is already on your screen — your nickname, your greens, your xp, your level, your brand. Nothing you cannot read yourself in the sidebar. Opening a conversation is the point of it; if you never open one, it carries no message.

What we do not do

We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell or pass browsing data to an advertiser. We do not follow you from one site to another.

This page exists to be checked, not believed. Open your browser's developer tools, look at the cookies on this domain, and compare. If you find one that is not on this page, write to us — it is a bug in the product or a mistake in this text, and both need fixing.

Refusing them

Every browser can block or delete cookies, for all sites or for this one. The controls are in its settings, under privacy.

What it costs: blocking the session cookie means being unable to sign in at all. Blocking the language cookie only means the site forgetting which version you were reading. Nothing else is affected, because nothing else is set.
